And the guesthouse:
Here is the exterior of the space including the landscaping.
The list of renovations has been quite an extensive one.
We recently learned from the neighbor our home was previously owned by a gentleman who collected china.
As the story goes his boyfriend cheated on him so he kinda lost it. Bashed every wall with a sledge hammer, broke all the china he collected by smashing it into the walls and windows and hardwood floors. We were able to contact our home insurance company and they can pull a report similar to car fax but for homes (called the Clue report) The clue report shows the home underwent $28,000 in repairs due to "vandelism" in 2007. When the bank seized the home they had to perform extensive repairs to get the home in moderately liveable conditions. We have thoroughly enjoyed the past three years of making this restored house our home.
